Grange Heating was appointed to be the main contractors as part of a project to renovate the bathrooms at a local heritage property. The project required careful planning and attention to detail to ensure the new bathroom complemented the character of the building while delivering modern reliability and performance.

Working within a heritage property presents unique challenges. Existing pipework and services needed to be assessed carefully, and all work had to be completed with minimal disruption while maintaining the character of the building. The customer wanted a modern, practical bathroom that would blend seamlessly with the property’s traditional features.

Our team completed the full plumbing installation for the new bathroom, including:

• Installation of new hot and cold-water pipework where required.
• Waste pipe alterations to suit the new bathroom layout.
• Installation of a new bath, basin, and shower.
• Installation of modern brassware and sanitaryware.
• Upgrade of the existing hot water system.
• Ensuring all work complied with current UK Water Regulations and Building Regulations where applicable.

Throughout the installation, we worked closely with the client and other trades to ensure the project progressed smoothly and was completed to a high standard.

The installation was carried out with care to protect the property’s original features and finishes. Pipework was installed neatly and discreetly wherever possible, with all sanitaryware fitted, tested, and commissioned before handover.
